1st Class Royal Mail - takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
2nd Class Royal Mail - takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch
Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery - delivered next working day before 1pm after dispatch
UKMAIL Next working day - takes 1 working day after dispatch

Under our Refund Policy, you have 7 days of receipt to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund.
Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your item develops a fault please notify us
If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to us for checking and verification of the fault.
If the fault develops after 30 days but within the 1year warranty please contact us via my eBay and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the our team for checking and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded
